Lemon Glaze Cake
Cake:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
¾ cup water
½ cup oil
¼ cup apple sauce
4 eggs (2 whole, 2 just egg whites for a healthier version)
Icing:
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
1 lemon—juice and grated rind
1 T boiling water
2 T melted butter
Combine all cake ingredients and put in greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350° (After 40 minutes use a toothpick to check and bake longer with foil if needed.) Take cake from oven and poke holes with fork in the top; while hot, pour icing over top. Cool completely and enjoy!
